A Custom Order is any order that is not a generic design and therefore cannot be resold. Payment for Custom

Orders iS due in full upon receipt of invoice. Invoices not paid within 7 days will be void and order canceled.

Custom Orders are completed within 14 Business days (Mon-Sat) of invoice payment unless otherwise stated upon

order. A Rush Fee of 20% will be added to your invoice if Rush Processing is requested. Rush Orders must be

approved before invoicing. Not all orders are available for Rush Processing. All Custom Orders include my Design

Fee. Up to 4 design changes with Proofs are included. Additional design changes and proofs will incur additional

Design Fee of $25/hr prorated. Colored Business Logos requiring tracing line work will incur a one time $25

Design Fee applied to first order only. If your design/logo is created by Lakeshore Designs Rl, LSDRI retains all

rights to design in full upon creation. Usage Rights may be purchased separately upon request. Lakeshore Designs

RI retains all rights to photographs of any LSDRI work upon creation. All LSDRI photographs are the property of

LSDRI and may be used in print, online, publication and for advertising usiage. Pickup or Shipment is determined

per each order. Delivery is available within Glocester RI only: Wholesale Shipping Rates and Freight Shipping are

available. A valid tax ID is required for tax free organizations to process your invoice without tax. Wholesale

Orders are processed without tax as, you agree to charge tax to the consumer at end sale. By taking receipt of your

Wholesale Order you are agreeing to this requirement. There are no Refunds for Custom Orders except for LSD

RI error or defects. Once your invoice is Paid, it is put into production and may not be canceled or refunded. All

Retail and Wholesale Orders come packaged and labeled with LSDRI Branding White Label costs are additional
